Todd is dedicated to driving impactful change and fostering meaningful partnerships to propel Globally's mission in cultivating communities of emerging leaders committed to tackling the most pressing global challenges of our time. With a deep passion for philanthropy and a strategic approach to revenue growth, Todd spearheads Globally's philanthropic initiatives, focusing on nurturing sustainable relationships that bring about enduring change.

Before joining Globally, Todd was pivotal at Resilia as Director of Community IMpact, where he oversaw a national team of Philanthropic Relationship Managers and Nonprofit Coaches, and before that at Philanthropy DMV, overseeing member relations, communications, and revenue strategies. During his tenure, he cultivated relationships with over 100 of the most prominent foundations and corporate giving programs in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia to advance Philanthropy DMV's mission and promote racial equity. Additionally, Todd served as the Executive Director at the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility (iCSR), where he led efforts to develop post-COVID strategies and operations to cater to evolving learning needs, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of corporate social responsibility, racial equity, and ESG investing.
