The Strategic AI Leaders (SAIL) Fellowship is a 12-week leadership development program bringing together 25+ early to mid-career professionals from government, the intelligence community, think tanks, and national security-adjacent fields. SAIL is designed to build the cross-sector leadership capacity needed to shape responsible AI deployment at scale.

AI deployment is accelerating globally, but the talent capable of governing and overseeing frontier systems is not keeping pace. SAIL fills this gap by equipping the next generation of practitioners with the strategic fluency, expert networks, and leadership frameworks needed to make consequential contributions at the intersection of AI and public policy.
