Session Description:
Within the Public Policy space, leaders are critically responsible for both the expected and unforeseen consequences of certain decisions - something this year's cohort has a particular interest in. Dexter will tap into his extensive experience in the National Security field to share some key insights into the impact and implications of international affairs, diplomacy, and development while also highlighting the vital role of diversity in shaping impactful policy decisions.

Speaker Bio:
Dexter Ingram, currently serving as the Director for the Office of Countering Violent Extremism (CT/CVE) at the U.S. Department of State, is an international counterterrorism (CT), counter weapons of mass destruction (CWMD), and counter violent extremism (CVE) strategist with more than 25 years of experience in the military, public, and private sectors. A former White House intern and U.S. Navy flight officer, Ingram is also the founder of Globally's newest program - IN Network: The National Security Academy.
