Olivia Shoemaker, Yale Student/Lobo Institute Intern

Olivia Shoemaker is a senior at Yale University where she studies Global Affairs with a focus on data analysis and international security. She currently interns with the Lobo Institute and has previously interned with the Department of State in Zimbabwe, the Department of Defense at AFRICOM, and a microfinance nonprofit. After graduation, she hopes to work in the field of national security on counterinsurgency and transnational threats.
