Lilly Gullickson
Lilly Gullickson is a second-year master’s student in the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. Originally from Eagan, Minnesota, she received her B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied entrepreneurship and risk management.
As a first-generation undergraduate student, Lilly created affinity groups for underrepresented identities in the Wisconsin School of Business. She is passionate about building community and supporting other first-generation and underrepresented students. Lilly participated in the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program in high school and the Business Emerging Leaders (BEL) program in college. She worked for both programs mentoring high school students while studying at UW-Madison. These experiences sparked her interest in public policy and her passion for educational equity. Lilly’s policy interests include higher education, social mobility, and K-12 curriculum. In her free time, Lilly enjoys barre workouts, getting coffee with friends, and FaceTiming her family.
