EK Kinghorn is the Board Executive Secretary. She leads Defense Futures and supports Mission Technology at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she focuses on delivering emerging technology capabilities for national security missions.

Her work includes developing strategies for fielding agentic AI and resilient technologies at the edge with defense customers. 

She also builds strategic partnerships across government, industry, and the national security community to accelerate innovation and support U.S. strategic competition, particularly in the Indo-Pacific.
