Beauty Okunbor

Beauty Okunbor is a dedicated professional currently pursuing dual degrees in Master of Public Policy and Public Informatics at Rutgers University's Edward J Bloustein School of Policy, specializing in Education Policy and Economic Development. Graduating as the best student in her cohort with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, Beauty is currently a recipient of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholar Award at Rutgers University.

Her professional experience includes roles at esteemed institutions such as the New Jersey Senate Majority Office, where she served as a Policy Intern, and the Capital Research Center in Washington DC, where she worked as a Research and Communications Intern, resulting in a published article on the risks of identity politics. As a Grading Assistant at Rutgers University, she contributed to undergraduate education by grading assignments and providing academic mentoring. With a strong foundation in research and communication, Beauty has proven herself as a capable professional adept at tackling complex policy issues and driving positive change.
