Globally is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating communities of emerging leaders who are committed to addressing the most pressing global
challenges of our time.
Since 2004, we have been the go-to organization for the developing emerging leaders in global affairs. Our network spans 80 countries and reaches more than 30,000 emerging leaders.
Communities of Impact
We work with partners to design and implement programs that facilitate opportunities for participants to expand their networks and engage with other subject matter experts.
These programs provide participants with tangible, practical leadership and professional growth through experiential, immersive learning opportunities. Participants build relationships across borders and boundaries through Globally’s virtual and in-person dialogues on global affairs.
Events & Summits
We design and deliver large events and summits to save partners’ time and money while maximizing their social impact.
Globally designs and executes impact-oriented convenings, gatherings, meetings and summits. From international summits for 300+ participants, to working lunches for senior government officials, to virtual panel discussions, Globally’s team skillfully conceptualizes, plans, and delivers seamless events.
International Exchanges
We imagine and facilitate international exchanges that promote intercultural understanding and deeper relationships between emerging leaders and partner governments.
Globally imagines, designs and executes international trips for delegations of emerging leaders to develop a deeper understanding of a specific region and to engage with thought leaders and peers in the host country. While participating in a Globally Exchange, delegates engage with government officials, business leaders, cultural influencers and rising professionals from all sectors to learn more about the partner country, its policy positions, and its deep relationship with the United States.
Alumni Engagement & Community Management
We manage partners’ investment in people and communities.
Globally facilitates continued participant and community engagement through our custom mobile application. There, participants engage in discussion forums, chat with peers, share links and articles, and find opportunities through the job board. Globally staff provides regular prompts to facilitate discussion and shares resources for participants’ personal and professional development.
Program Design & Social Impact Consulting
We support partners in the strategic design of mission-oriented programs related to leadership development, talent development, international affairs and foreign policy.
Globally consults and advises partners in the development of social impact programs. Globally provides clients with more than two decades of expertise in design thinking, strategic planning, program design and implementation, and impact monitoring and evaluation.
