Tasneem Sultana, hailing from Queens, New York, is currently pursuing a Masters in Science in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University. She completed her undergraduate studies at CUNY Hunter College, triple majoring in Economics, Political Science, and Public Policy.

Throughout her undergraduate years, Tasneem gained valuable experience through internships in various government and non-profit sectors, including roles at Queens Supreme Court, Queens Chamber of Commerce, NYC Department of Social Services, Queens Library, and CUNY Census Corps. Prior to her enrollment at CMU, Tasneem worked full-time in the Presidential team of Hunter College under the External Affairs division. Her policy interests are centered around urban policy and public-private partnerships. Post-graduation, Tasneem aspires to enter the government consulting industry, with a focus on state and local government.
