Qudry Adeyanju earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology with a concentration in Social Justice from Rutgers University in 2021. Through his course curriculum in political science and sociology, he took advantage of opportunities to learn about government policies that have impacted communities, especially minority communities.

As he understands it, the purpose of policymaking is to enhance people's life opportunities and experiences. It is the key to developing effective changes for amelioration. That knowledge drove his passion for policy. Qudry hopes to use his position for Policy to explore solutions to many pressing policy issues that have impacted communities and influence law-making at the local, state, and federal levels.

He is a graduate student at Rutgers University Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, where he studies Public Policy with a concentration in Urban Policy and Community Development. At the Bloustein School, he is exploring policy issues of his interest while being an active part of the Bloustein Social Justice Committee (BSJC) which provides a space for students to think collectively and act upon principles of social justice.
