Jon Margolick is the CEO of Ground Truth Design, a mission-centered innovation skills company. He formerly served as the Executive Vice President of the Truman National Security Project and Truman Center for National Policy, where he led their policy and leadership development programs for change agents across the federal government. A two-time plankowner in DoD innovation units, including NavalX and MIU, he has been a featured speaker at DEF, has facilitated workshops from the Secretariat to fleet forces across DoD, and has trained and supported thousands of up-and-coming innovators across DoD.

Jon holds degrees from Stanford Law School, Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and Brown University. He served as a judge advocate while on active duty, and is now a Major in the Marine Corps Reserve.
