Georgia Bass, Program Manager, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency
Georgia Bass is a GEOINT and cybersecurity practitioner in Washington, D.C. leading a multi million dollar research program at the NGA, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. She is passionate about bridging the domains of cybersecurity, GEOINT, and strategic studies as they offer an innovative framework to develop technologies that address emerging space-based threats. Prior to joining NGA, Georgia interned at ODNI and the Department of Defense supporting a variety of mission sets. Georgia is pursing a master’s degree in Global Security Studies with a concentration in Strategic Studies at the Johns Hopkins University. She holds a B.A. in political science and geography with a concentration in cybersecurity from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Commonwealth Honors College. In 2018, Georgia became a CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service (SFS) fellow.
