Fajr Malika DeLane, a Bill and Melinda Millennium Gates Scholar and Howard University Class of 2020 graduate in International Business with a Finance concentration, is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Health, Health Management and Policy at Georgia State University. As the CEO of the non-profit "F3: Fun. Fit. Fabulous," a 501c3 organization, Fajr focuses on empowering women and young girls through personalized education in physical, mental, and nutritional well-being. Her culturally tailored programs aim to enhance self-esteem and inner beauty under the slogan F3 - Fun, Fitness, and Fabulosity.

Selected as an American delegate at the 2024 Y7 Policy Summit in Italy, Rome, for the Inclusion and Equal Opportunities track, Fajr credits her promising global leadership skills to extensive domestic and international travel during her youth. She values good character, humility, and cultural exchange, intending to leverage her increased knowledge in business development to enhance creative programming and social and community advocacy platforms.
