Clara is a Program Manager leading Globally’s portfolio of communities of impact. She joined as a Program Assistant after a successful fall internship, where she assisted in leading Globally's Refugee Assistance Program and to support the work of the EaGLE program.

She graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies and International Studies. Before joining the Globally team, Clara interned for FutboLISTAS, a program based in Seville, Spain, that contributed to young girls' development by combining soccer practices with professional female mentors.
