Beniva Ganther is a first-year MPA-DP student at Columbia SIPA and obtained her B.A. in Economics and Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. Beniva has prioritized mentorship, and non-profit work with City Faces in St. Louis and The SMART Program in San Francisco.

Professionally, Beniva has worked at mission-driven health and education technology companies and specialized in legal and business operations. At SIPA, Beniva’s research interests include developing equitable and effective partnerships between grassroots organizations and broader institutions.
