Aubrey is the co-founder and CEO of Globally, leading the execution of its mission to accelerate and simplify the creation of programs that convene diverse cohorts of leaders around strategic goals.

Prior to founding Globally, Aubrey launched and led the U.S. Institute of Peace’s youth portfolio with the goal of increasing the inclusion of youth in peace and security efforts.

Aubrey holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and Spanish from the College of Charleston and a master’s from the School of International Service at American University.
